Adam Silverman : Nashville Session and Touring Drummer

Hey everyone, hope everyone is doing awesome! It’s been a while since I’ve been on here blogging, I have been in prep mode for my gigs with Robert this summer. Things are going great, just a lot of work to do every day.

Anyways, here are some pictures of us working on the house with Caren again. We have done some work with planting and on the deck. It was a lot of work, but we are excited about the results…

Well Greg and Jason managed to work a whole 3 hours a day for 2 entire long days in a row, and they only complained about 500 times each… per hour~. Babies!! They wouldn’t have survived the Wolfe or Silverman trip. I think a little labor is good everyone!!

Actually I am thankful that they came down, it was a lot of fun to have them here. Hopefully they’ll come back sometime soon, when they recover from the grueling schedule of 2 hour baths and TV watching sessions.

Well folks, here are the final pictures of the studio. I also took some shots of the garage since we worked all weekend to get that organized as well. Things are really coming together here, it’ll be back to my normal 2 hr a day practices tomorrow, thank God =). I was starting to forget how to play the drums, well not really, but I am glad to be back nonetheless. Love to you all…

Hey Guys,

I have some pictures available of that work that we did this past week on my drum studio. I want to thank my Dad for all of his hard work on this, it was amazing to spend so much time with him while we were doing this… like he said we didn’t build a room, we built an amazing memory.

Thanks also to my Mom for all of her work around our house, and for keeping us fed while we were working =). Also thanks so much to my CA parents because they have done a ton for us as well coming out several times and working on the inside of our house.!! We love all you guys soooo much and could never thank you enough!!

Finally thanks to Doug, Danny, and Emmett for all of their hard work as well, it wouldn’t have been possible without all of your help!!! And of course my wife for her love, support, and amazing painting skills!!!

This week has been full of amazing blessings. Somehow my dad and I managed to build my studio room in about 5 days, it was amazing!!! I loved having time to hang out with my mom and Dad, and we had mamma Caren in as well.

I am so thankful that Nicki and I have parents that always go above and beyond what normal parents would do… believe me, they are all far from “normal.” It’s set an amazing example for Nicki and I to be amazing parents, well if we decide that we want kids someday…

Anyway, it was great getting to bond so much with my Dad, and to see my Mom so much all at once. It really reminded me a lot of my childhood, I was always with my parents, soccer games, concerts, plays, etc, we were always doing things together, and I know Nicki’s family was the same way. I can’t wait for Jason and Greg to come down here too!!

Every time we see mom’s and dad’s it’s harder and harder to part, sometimes growing up sucks, but I know God has called me Nashville, so I’ll keep on plugging away at those drums, and enjoy the time we all have together.
